\nA substantive meeting on the theme \u201cMilitary Duty and the Law: Legal Responsibility and Civic Position\u201d took place at the Faculty of Law and Economics of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University, with the participation of representatives of state bodies connected to military service.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\nThe event was opened by the Rector of the University, Doctor of Economics and Professor Abdibay Mamassydykov. In his address, he highlighted the achievements of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic and called on students to embrace patriotism, respect for the law, and a strong sense of civic responsibility.
\nThe following officials and institutions contributed to the discussion, providing detailed insights into military duty, legal accountability, and civic engagement:
\n* Major Askar Zhaparov, Head of the 8th Department of the Southwestern Operational Command of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic;
\n* Aseyin Alymov, representative of the Military Prosecutor\u2019s Office of the Osh Garrison;
\n* Senior Lieutenant Timur Sulaimanov, Head of the Military Orchestra of the Osh Garrison;
\n* Major Almazbek Arykbaev, representative of the Osh City Military Commissariat;
\n* Scholars from the Institute of History and Law of Osh State University.
\nIn the interactive part of the program, students were divided into four teams, answered thought-provoking questions, and engaged in lively debate. This format encouraged youth participation, open exchange of ideas, and the deepening of legal awareness.
\nMilitary representatives noted that such a meeting was organized at the university for the first time and expressed gratitude to Professor Almagul Kokoeva, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Economics, for her initiative aimed at strengthening patriotism and civic responsibility among young people.
\nAt the conclusion of the event, active participants received certificates of appreciation and commemorative gifts. The meeting was held in an uplifting atmosphere.
\nSuch gatherings serve as an important platform for enhancing students\u2019 legal culture and reinforcing their responsibility to the Motherland.
