On March 4, 2026, the Department of Russian Philology of the Historical and Philological Faculty at the Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University named after B. Sydykov, represented by Head of Department G.A. Abdivalieva, signed a cooperation agreement with the Osh Regional Library named after Toktogul Satylganov, represented by Director D.S. Bapieva.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The partnership is aimed at fostering educational, scientific, and cultural collaboration, strengthening students\u2019 professional competencies, and enhancing the role of the Russian language and literature in the academic sphere.
\nDuring the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for joint initiatives, including literary gatherings, roundtable discussions, master classes, and cultural events. Special attention was given to the opportunities the library provides for students. The institution hosts the resource center \u201cRussia With You\u201d and a modern co-working space where students can prepare for classes, work with academic and scientific literature, and engage in collaborative projects. Visitors also benefit from free high-speed internet access, modern equipment, and comfortable study areas.
\nThe partnership between the Department of Russian Philology and the Satylganov Library opens up broad opportunities for students\u2019 professional and creative development, while contributing to the formation of a rich cultural and educational environment.<\/p>\n
