KUMU Deligation Pays Official Visit to Namangan State University

On October 30, a delegation from the Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University named after B. Sydykov paid official visit to Namangan State University. The delegation was led by Chynarbek Mamazhanov, Director of the Department of International Relations, and included faculty members Zhannat Kadenova from the faculty of History and Philology and Mukaram Tashbaeva from the faculty of Natural Sciencies.
During the visit, the two universities reached a number of agreements aimed at expanding academic cooperation. These include the development of joint educational programs, student and faculty exchange initiatives, and collaborative research projects. The delegation also toured the SCO Model Center at Namangan State University and participated in a roundtable discussion focused on advancing international partnerships.
A key highlight of the visit was a meeting with Professor Obidjon Khamidov , Rector of Namangan State University. Discussions centered on future collaboration and shared academic goals. The KUMU delegation also visited several university departments, including the Faculty of International Relations and the Department of Communications and Media.
The visit marks a significant step toward deepening educational and scientific collaboration between the two institutions and reflects KUMU’s ongoing commitment to international engagement.
