An engaging guest lecture titled “ Osh City in Numbers” was organized by Gulnara Kalybekova, Head of the Department of Economic and Legal Disciplines at the STEM Vocational College of KUIU.
The event featured representatives from the Osh city Statistic Department: Chief Specialist Batma Zheenbekova, along with Zhiydegul Abdibaitova and Aisuluu Askarbekova. They delivered an in -depth analysys of the city’s statistical indicators, the logic behind data calculations, and their impact on social development.
The guests actively interacted with students through a Question-answers session and conducted a brief survey on current statistical topics. At the close of the event, the college and university presented letters of appreciation to the invited specialists.
