13 November 2025 — A formal matriculation ceremony for first‑year students was held at the Faculty of Law and Economics and the Faculty of History and Philology of the Kyrgyz‑Uzbek International University named after B. Sydykov.
The event was opened by the university’s rector, Doctor of Economics, Professor Abdilbaet Mamasydykov, who congratulated the students on the start of their academic journey and urged them to take full advantage of the opportunities provided to obtain a high‑quality education and develop into highly qualified specialists serving the interests of the state.
Welcoming remarks were delivered by the Dean of the Faculty of Law and Economics, Doctor of Law, Professor Almagul Mukhtarbekovna, and the Dean of the Faculty of History and Philology, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Zhannat Kadenova. The deans presented the freshmen with the official symbols of first‑year students.The celebrations continued with a concert program prepared by talented students, which brought participants vivid impressions and a festive atmosphere.
