KUMU celebrated Teacher’s Professional Day.

 

A festive event dedicated to the Day of Education Workers of the Kyrgyz Republic was held at the Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University named after B. Sydykov.

The event was opened by the university’s rector, Professor Abdilbaet Mamasydykov, who emphasized the vital role of teachers in society and their tremendous contribution to educating the younger generation.

Chairman of the KUMU Trade Union Committee, Sheraly Egemberdiev, warmly congratulated the faculty members on his own behalf and on behalf of Rustam Nurmatov, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Trade Union of Science and Education Workers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

During the celebration, a number of educators were honored for their dedicated work and significant contribution to the development of the education system. Awards included : The commemorative medal marking the 100th –anniversary of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of the Kyrgyz Republic, the badge of honor “ Best Trade Union Activist”, and Certificates of Appreciation from the Central Committee of the Trade Union.

The festive atmosphere was enriched by a concert program prepared by the creative team of the university’s cultural and aesthetic center. Members of the “ Dostuk” creative club presented a theatrical performance celebrating the noble profession of teaching, which was warmly received by the audience.

The celebration took place in an uplifting and joyful atmosphere. The University community expressed deep gratitude to education professionals and once again highlighted the importance and honor of the teaching profession.
