Artists of Andijan State Pedagogical Institute Perform at KUIU

The Kyrgyz‑Uzbek International University hosted a cultural and educational concert titled “The Great Silk Road – Unity Through Music” featuring the vocal‑instrumental ensemble of the Andijan State Pedagogical Institute of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Guests were introduced to modern learning centers and specialized classrooms at the Faculty of History and Philology.

Opening the event, University Rector Professor Abdilbayet Mamasydykov emphasized the strengthening of cooperation with the Andijan Pedagogical Institute and noted that new joint projects and promising initiatives lie ahead.

The concert was attended by the Consul of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Osh, Azamat Boltaev, who expressed gratitude to the university leadership and voiced support for continued cultural collaboration between the two countries.

The Andijan ensemble performed a diverse repertoire in Kyrgyz, Uzbek, Tajik, Russian, and Turkish, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. The event was attended by university leadership, faculty, and students from schools across Osh.

Chyngyzbek Mamazhakyp uulu, Director of KUMU’s Department of International Relations, highlighted that the main goal of cooperation is to improve the quality of education, promote exchange of experience, and foster cultural ties.

At the conclusion of the concert, the Rector presented the artists with letters of appreciation and commemorative gifts.

The event marked another step in strengthening friendship and partnership between the two nations.
