International Cooperation — A Guarantee of Quality Education

From December 8–12, representatives of Namangan State University visited the Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University within the framework of a bilateral memorandum on an academic and scientific-methodological mission.

On the first day of the visit, the delegation of NSU was received by the Rector of KUIAU, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor A. Mamasyidykov. The guests were introduced to the university’s academic buildings and its material and technical facilities.

During the week-long visit, NSU lecturers — Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor Otabek Imomov; Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor Azamjon Nabiev; and chemist, doctoral student Mukhammadrasul Makhmudov — delivered guest lectures at the Engineering-Technological and Natural-Pedagogical Faculties, and also participated in open classes conducted by the university’s faculty.

As part of the academic mobility program, 15 biology students, 14 chemistry students, and 16 physics students from NSU were integrated into corresponding groups at KUIAU and actively engaged in the learning process.

On December 10, the delegation took part in the International Scientific Seminar dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Academician Bektemir Murzubraimov. The guests noted the high level of organization of the event and expressed deep admiration for the life and scientific achievements of the distinguished scholar.

Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Technology, and Natural-Pedagogical Sciences for Educational Work, I. Sulaimanov, together with active students, organized an excursion for the guests to the historical and cultural complex Sulayman-Too.

At the conclusion of the visit, the leadership of KUIAU presented NSU lecturers with certificates and letters of appreciation for delivering guest lectures, while students received commemorative gifts, handed over by Head of the Department of TIOU N. Uraimov and Head of the Department of FMOu Sh. Khaitov.

This visit contributed to further strengthening scientific and educational cooperation between the two universities and opened broad opportunities for the exchange of academic experience.
