KUIU Celebrates Defender of the Fatherland Day

On February 23, Batyraly Sydykov Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University held a festive event dedicated to Defender of the Fatherland Day. The celebration, organized at a high level by the Faculty of Humanities and Pedagogy, was devoted to honoring the male faculty members of the university.
The ceremony opened with a patriotic song glorifying the Motherland, creating a festive atmosphere. The university community expressed warm wishes and heartfelt appreciation to the men, emphasizing their important role in society and family life.
University Rector, Doctor of Economics, Professor Abdilbaet Mamsydykov, delivered a congratulatory speech, extending his best wishes to colleagues on the occasion. He noted that men have always been and remain the pillars of the family, the support of society, and the reliable defenders of the Motherland, wishing everyone peace and prosperity.
Congratulatory remarks were also delivered by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Professor Aida Baltabaeva, and Chairman of the Joint Trade Union Committee Sheraly Egemberdiev, who highly valued the contribution of faculty members to the university’s development.
During the event, several lecturers were awarded certificates of honor, diplomas, and letters of appreciation from the university and the trade union committee for their dedicated work in educating and nurturing students, as well as for their contribution to the growth of the institution. In addition, gifts prepared by the female staff of the Faculty of Humanities and Pedagogy were presented to all male faculty members.
The festive evening concluded with a concert program, leaving the university community in high spirits.
