Rector of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University named after B. Sydykov, Doctor of Economics, Professor Abdilbaet Mamassydykov, received Diana Isenova, a specialist in management of the Alabuga Special Economic Zone (Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation), and Nurgul Kochkorbaeva, an employee of the zone.
During the meeting, a wide range of issues related to the development of education, production, and international cooperation were discussed. In particular, Diana Isenova provided information about employment opportunities for KUIE graduates—especially female graduates of vocational colleges—at enterprises within the Alabuga SEZ, and proposed that university students undertake industrial internships there.
In turn, Rector Abdilbaet Mamassydykov emphasized the university’s readiness to expand international partnerships and suggested formalizing cooperation by signing a bilateral memorandum. Additionally, the initiative was raised to hold a special presentation next week to provide students of the university and colleges with detailed information about the conditions and opportunities available.
Furthermore, the parties agreed to organize a delegation consisting of university leaders, faculty members, and students to visit the Alabuga SEZ for familiarization purposes.
This meeting represents an important step toward strengthening the university’s international relations, enhancing students’ professional training, and ensuring successful employment for graduates.
