At the College of Educational Innovations of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University named after B. Sydykov, the Foreign Languages Association organized English Language Week, within which the inter-college English Olympiad in Osh was held at a high level.
The Olympiad consisted of three rounds and was conducted according to a specially developed regulation. The jury was composed of experienced lecturers from Osh universities, who fairly assessed the participants’ knowledge.
Students from various colleges demonstrated their proficiency in English, logical thinking, and language skills. As a result, students of the College of Educational Innovations at KÖEAU achieved outstanding success and secured prize-winning places:
2nd place — Abdulmukhsin Rakhmatullaev, student of group IY11-2-25;
3rd place — Gavharoy Karimdzhanova, student of group IY9-4-23.
Such intellectual competitions increase students’ interest in learning, develop their language abilities, and provide broad opportunities for exchanging experiences with peers from different institutions.
