Doctor of Economics, Professor Mamasydykov Abdilbaet Asanovich was born on October 11, 1971 in the village of Chalma, Kara-Kulja district, Osh region. In 1988-1989 he studied at the Osh regional accounting college on specialty “Accounting of agricultural enterprises” and graduated with honors.
In 1989 he graduated from the accounting and economic faculty of the Kyrgyz State National University, specializing in “Accounting and Analysis” in 1994 with honors.
From 1997 to 2000, he studied in the postgraduate program of the Jalal-Abad Commercial Institute, opened jointly with Moscow State University and Voronezh State University, specializing in “Accounting and Statistics”.
In 2014-2017, he studied “business and law” with a specialty in “jurisprudence” at the International University and received a diploma with honors.
In 2003, he successfully defended his PhD thesis in economics at Voronezh State University. In 2004, by the decision of the Academic Council of the University of Economics and Entrepreneurship he was awarded the title of Associate Professor, in 2008, by the decision of the Academic Council of the same university he was awarded the title of Professor. In 2015, by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the KR, he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences in two areas.
He started his career in 1994 as a cashier at Jalalabad Commercial Institute, in the same year he held the positions of material accountant and deputy chief accountant. From 1994 to 2003 he worked as a chief accountant in private companies and international organizations, at the same time worked as a teacher and senior lecturer at Jalalabad Commercial Institute.
Since 1994 he worked as a lecturer, associate professor, acting head of the department. From 1999 to 2004, he served as Dean of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Faculty of the National Academy of Sciences, and from 2004 to 2016, he served as Vice Rector for Academic Work, Scientific Work and First Vice Rector of the same institution.
From 2016 to December 2018, he worked as rector of the International University.
From 2021 to October 2023, he worked as an advisor to the President of the Central Asian International Medical University.
Professor A.A.Mamasydykov was awarded by a number of state, international and public organizations for his great contribution to the comprehensive development of our country through education and research activities. He has published more than 105 scientific works, 11 monographs, 2 educational tools, 5 educational supplements published under the seal of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. More than 30 works have been published in Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Japan, India and European countries.
